The Judge Who Took His Son’s Sentence Overwhelmed My Heart
My takeaway from this writing as a believer was the analogy of the murderer standing before the judge, who happens to be his father, and being charged and rightfully sentenced to death. Instead the father accepts the son’s sentence of death, so that the son may live and justice be served. Pure, unconditional love as is the love of God for all His children.
