Like the Prodigal Son, I Am Coming Home
I came across your website by chance, and found all the articles very substantial and well researched. I am not a believer yet, but am sorry for the way I’ve been living, and like the prodigal son in your article, I am coming home to my heavenly Father whose heart I have broken many times by my empty worldly pursuits these last 15 years. My prayer is now, God, will You please give me another 10 years to really love You? He has never given up on me although I had given up on myself. It is truly amazing grace!

Out of Darkness I Invited Jesus In
I was a lost man in darkness because I am from a Muslim community. I was one of them but after I watched this video about Jesus, I prayed and God showed me the light and I invite Jesus into my life.

I Turned Back to Jesus—and He Restored My Life
Although I was raised as a Christian, after my divorce I was abandoned by my family and church, and became a pagan witch. I have been “running into, falling over and avoiding” your Y-Jesus website for quite some time now, and on the spur of the moment decided to take a closer look. So I read the article “Is Jesus Relevant Today.” It drew me like a magnet, and I have not stopped crying since, as guilt has been rending through my heart like a dagger. How could I have turned my back on Jesus of all persons? I have prayed and rededicated my life to Jesus. I later wrote that I quit meeting with pagan friends, began New Life in Christ lessons, found a Bible-believing church, and was completely reconciled to my family. I cannot praise Him enough for that day when I surfed the web and He led me to Y-Jesus.

Something I Can’t Explain Happened—I Accepted Him
I’ve been an atheist for so many years and I never really understood Christianity nor any other religion. But after reading this article something that I really can’t explain happened. I felt a change. I felt my heart yearning to know Jesus and I accepted Him as my Lord and Savior.

Torn Between Two Faiths, I Accepted Jesus as God
I was born of a Muslim man and a Zimbabwean Shona woman. I grew up on my mother’s family side. I have been conflicted as to the truth between Christianity and Islam. I am very grateful for the article I have read about Jesus Christ. I believe He is the I AM, as it is written. I would like to serve God Almighty with all my heart and soul. I believe that I have been confused but I have also been blessed to understand fully and accept what I unconsciously must always have known to be the truth: that Jesus Christ is God Himself who decided to come down to earth in human form so that He could save His creation. I would like to know as much as I can about Jesus Christ our Saviour and Lord.

I Asked Jesus into My Life and Asked Forgiveness
Although I have lived my life knowing about Jesus, I hadn’t really considered any actual evidence for His existence or resurrection. And so, as the years have passed, I allowed the story to become just a story. In our world today I see carnage on all fronts and as a sinner before God, I ask that I be forgiven my sins and shown how to live safely and well so that my children and grandchildren can benefit from seeing that I’m trying to live well with Jesus’ guidance. I want to ask Jesus into my life and I have asked forgiveness for my sins.

I Thought the Bible Was Just Stories—Then Something Changed
Reading this has touched me in a way I never expected. I always just thought that the Bible was just stories. Stories written by men, just stories in a book. But reading the article made me think and honestly I felt something inside that I can’t explain—emotional but in a happy way. A feeling of lightness, if that makes sense. I’ve never been a religious person but what I read has changed something inside me. The way it was explained made sense to me.

I Realized I Could Not Pay the Debt Myself
You really shook me up, and I am glad. Thank you for strengthening my faith and belief in Jesus Christ. You helped me realise the importance of Jesus in my life. Your analogy of the courtroom is what I found most striking. I realised I could not escape the effect of my sins and I really needed someone to pay that debt. That God the Father had to play His role as a just judge is something that I found convincing enough. But knowing that someone as blameless and as spotless as Jesus Christ pays the price for my sins made tears well up in my eyes. Even as I type these words, I am still feeling the same way. I know that I needed to be saved.

I Finally Put the Pieces Together
Hi! My name is Angelique and I’m a 21-year-old college student from the Bronx in New York. I come from a Catholic background, went to Catholic schools my entire life, and grew up going to Mass every Sunday. I thought I knew virtually all there was to know about Jesus. I suppose I’ve always believed that there is a “higher being” and Jesus is the Savior and He died and rose from the dead. But it wasn’t until I read the articles on this website that I really understood the meaning of Christianity. It was as if I’ve had all the pieces of the puzzle with me all along, but I finally put them all together and see the bigger picture. It was in the simplicity and the conviction of the language of the articles that finally made me realize that Jesus died for my sins.

The Word of Jesus Filled a Blank I Had Since Childhood
I believe your message has further enabled me to accept Jesus as my Savior, and I believe I must accept the word of God in order to reorganize my life. For so long I’ve been searching for something to fill the blank that had existed since I was only a child, and amidst an ever-changing world around me, the word of Jesus Christ seems to be the only word I can honestly trust. I feel a strange confidence in my decision to accept the word of Jesus Christ. Thank you.
